Sensing meets intelligence

What it senses. What it understands.

Whatever the flight picks up — a corrosion spot, a millimetre of deformation, a gas reading — gets tied to the same point on the same asset and scored together by Dronifi's AI Engine, building one running history instead of a stack of separate reports.

Structural

LiDAR-based deformation monitoring, compared flight-to-flight by Dronifi's AI Engine, surfaces millimetre-scale settling or bulging in a tank or structure long before it's visible to the eye.

Visual Inspection

Close-range imagery scored and segmented by Dronifi's AI Engine's computer-vision models — corrosion, cracking, missing hardware, paint degradation and more — each one pinned to the exact point on the asset it was found.

Atmospheric

An onboard gas sensor autonomously runs a coarse-grid, dwell-based sampling pattern over the site, building a live concentration heatmap as it flies — and when it picks up a leak, onboard AI can steer the drone toward the source instead of just flagging it.

Photogrammetry pipeline

Reconstructs every asset as a dense 3D point cloud, rebuilt flight over flight, so teams can inspect the site's true geometry without leaving the office.

Predictive Analysis

Every inspection feeds Dronifi's AI Engine's health-index model and a forward-looking forecast per asset — so a trend toward a threshold gets flagged before the threshold is crossed.

Onboard AI

The onboard model reacts to what it sees mid-flight: zooming in the moment a defect is spotted, steering toward a gas leak's source. If it catches something urgent — a fire, flagged through thermal detection — the team is alerted immediately, not after the flight lands.

Power and a network connection. That's the site prep.

The dock handles takeoff, landing, charging and its own pre-flight checks without anyone on site — no pad to pour, no permanent structure to build. Give it a power source and a network connection, and it runs its own schedule outdoors, unattended, indefinitely.
